Is there a monthly subscription?

Only for business accounts. Individual accounts are free, with monthly limits. A business account costs ₦5,000 a month for each team member, and your own seat is free.

Can I start as an individual and upgrade later?

Yes. Upgrade from Settings whenever you need more room or want to add your team. Your customers, invoices, debts and account all stay as they are.

When do I pay the transfer fee?

The ₦50 fee is added to each transfer and shown on the confirmation screen before you enter your PIN. For bulk transfers it applies to each recipient.

What happens if a transfer fails?

If a transfer fails or is reversed, the amount and the fee go back to your balance.

Do I need a registered business?

No. Freelancers and sole traders can start with personal verification. Registered business details unlock higher tiers.
